David Dalsimer, D.O.

A native of Philadelphia, Pa., Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. David Dalsimer, earned his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA in 1985.

He received his medical degree from thePhiladelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1990. He also completed an Upper Extremity & Microvascular Tissue Transfer fellowship at the University of Louisville, Christine M. Kleinert Institute, in 1996. He specializes in complex upper extremity, shoulder, wrist and hand cases. Dr. Dalsimer is certified by the AOA Orthopaedic Board, National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and holds a certificate of Added Qualification in Hand and Upper Extremity.



Eric Breitbart, M.D.

Eric A. Breitbart, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, has joined the medical staff of Southeastern Health (SeHealth) and will provide care at Southeastern Orthopedics. 

Dr. Breitbart was a high school athlete who participated in soccer and ran track until an injury during his senior year forced him to have knee scopes on both knees.  This was his first introduction into orthopedics and sports medicine, which set the stage for his career as an orthopedic surgeon.  Additionally, it sparked his interest in helping athletes, which ultimately helped bring him to Lumberton. 


Michael J. Maggitti, M.D.

Orthopedic Surgeon Michael J. Maggitti, M.D., has joined Southeastern Orthopedics and the medical staff of Southeastern Health.


Riyaz Jinnah, M.D.

Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Riyaz Jinnah earned a bachelor’s degree in medical sciences from Kings College at Cambridge University in 1974.

He also earned a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degree (M.B.B.Chir.) from Cambridge University in England in 1977. He completed a fellowship in joint replacement surgery in 1982 and a residency in orthopaedic surgery in 1986, both at UCLA Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedics Surgeons.
